Step by Step Instructions

1. Confirm which product and size you want to customize.
2. Have your artwork prepared in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated Post-Script (.eps) format. Make sure texts are converted to outlines.
3. Double check your artwork and make sure you are not missing anything such as your website, any additional wording, additional images, Facebook logo etc…
4. For specific color guarantees, provide exact Pantone codes or CMYK values.
5. Submit artwork to your Greeno Products representative.
6. An E-proof will be provided within 48hrs or sooner.  This will show a digital flattened image of your product (ie: Cup) so that you can verify placement and layout of artwork.  It does not reflect actual quality of the print.
7. Review your E-proof carefully and notify us for any changes you want made.  Our in-house graphics team can make simple edits and revisions to your artwork FREE of charge.
8. Upon approval of E-proof, sign, date and return to Greeno Products.
9. To place your order, you must remit 50% of the total invoice amount by mailing a check or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX).
10. Lead time is 8-10 weeks from time artwork is approved and deposit amount is confirmed.
11. Balance is due upon delivery confirmation to your final location.
12. Your products will be delivered by common carrier trucking company or can be picked up from will-call at Greeno Products headquarters.
